Dora AMRAP Roulette

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey down to lower parking lot for weed pickers, willie Mays Hayes, good mornings.

The Thang:

We’d go around to several areas for Dora AMRAP roulette. 2 exercises at each area (mostly) followed by a lap (roulette wheel-ish shape):

Lower lot = In & out squats (new), one-legged merkins

Lower field = Crabcake pumpers (new exercise consisting of 2 alpha count crab cakes followed by 4 gas pumpers), LBCs

Lower baseball field parking lot = (4) One-legged dips and (4) irkins, sumo squats.

Upper baseball lot = E2K (just one exercise here)

Upper field lot = One-legged hand release merkins (just one exercise here)

Upper field = Reverse LBC, cockroach crunch (new exercise consisting of 1 alpha count, dying cockroach while sitting upright + 1 gas pumper)
