Mosey by the baseball fields for WMH, WP, Hillbillies, reverse lunges, copperhead squats, M night clubs
The Thang:
Started at the concession stand, and ran around the baseball field with 4 stops to do exercises. Each stop had 2 exercises, starting with 7 reps of each, then 6, 5, 4, etc. Keep going around until time runs out.
