We are back!

Preamble:

All is well again at Big Creek. With summer winding down and school starting tomorrow our numbers are back to where they belong with 7 pre runners and 17 PAX getting better.

The Thang:

Mosey to the skate park….I mean the pain pit for some 11’s. YHC did become directionally challenged for a minute but bearing were found and we made it. Mercans at the bottom of the bowl and BBSO’s at the top.

Mosey to the walkway that leads down to fields across from the flag.

At the top of the walkway two exercises: LBC’s and Plank Jacks. Sets starting at 50 for each exercise then decreasing by 10 each set down to zero. After completing the two exercises run down the walkway and around the score box, press box, concession stand or whatever Snowman calls it and deposit three burpees and run back to the top and decrease 10 reps each time you return. Rinse and repeat.

Mosey to the flag for 3 minutes of Mary.
