12 Days of Christmas

Preamble:

Twas a few days before Christmas and all through the land,

Milli Vanili was wondering if YHC had a plan.

Cantore was calling for weather not nice,

Cold temps, lots of wind, and maybe black ice.

So I get a DM saying lets find some grass,

man this Site Q is a pain my ass.

Lucky for me, the parking lot was clear,

for 12 Days of Christmas and Holiday cheer.

18 PAX posted thinking the weather was fine,

to enjoy this wonderful beatdown of mine.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey the lake the a nice breezy warmup with the lake breeze keeping us cool.

SSH, Weedpullers, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Covids.

The Thang:

12 Days of Christmas up by the tennis courts after grabbing a rock. Start with Day 1 exercise then run a lap. Add in day 2 exercise then run a lap. Continue adding in exercises each day with a lap after each round until all 12 days are complete.

Day 1 – 1 Big Rock Burpee

Day 2 – 2 Lunges (Alpha Count)

Day 3 – 3 Big Boy Situps

Day 4 – 4 Diamond Merkins

Day 5 – 5 Sumo Squats

Day 6 – 6 Bicep Curls

Day 7 – 7 Carolina Dry Docks

Day 8 – 8 SSH (IC)

Day 9 – 9 Tricep Extensions

Day 10 – 10 Squat Jumps

Day 11 – 11 Flying Squirrels

Day 12 – 12 Flutter Kicks (Alpha count)

Return the rocks and finish with some Mary by the Shovel Flag.

18 PAX for 18 degrees with a windchill in the single digits. Thankful for all the PAX that braved the cold this morning (including 2 2.0’s) to start their day on the right path. Also had 3 PAX who took on Hoppylike first then posted again at Windjammer.
