Deck of Death

Preamble:

Tis the season, so I thought it would be nice if all the PAX could deal a little pain for Christmas.

Warm-O-Rama:

The PAX warmed up quick so we could get to the cards.

The Thang:

The PAX circled up with their coupons to deal the pain with a deck of cards. Rules were simple draw a card and do the corresponding exercise.

• 10- 10x Burpess
• 9- 25x LBCs
• 8-  25x V-Ups
• 7- 25x Merkins
• 6- 25x Lunges
• 5- 25x Derkins
• 4- 25x Mountain Climbers
• 3- 3x Laps around the parking lot
• 2- 2x Zima’s Hill Run

Sent prayers for Vanilla’s co-worker’s family member who is dealing with some medical issues
