Cold and Rainy day at Jailbreak. Hard Men posted because that’s what we do!
Warm-O-Rama:
Negative…we ran.
The Thang:
4.5 mile route around cumming, up some big hills, and back to the cup. YHC was feeling the effects of poor hydration and even poorer dining choices the day before. The rest of the PAX ran strong as expected.
COT:
Amazing COT. Discussion about depression and the need for brotherhood and counseling. PAX spoke freely about their struggles.
