Preamble:

Been a while since I’ve been out so it was nice to be back in the gloom.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick warmup:

  • 10x Weed Picker
  • 10x Toy Soldier
  • 10x Copperhead Squat

The Thang:

Round 1

  • Each time you return to starting line, complete 20 Side Straddle Hops.
  • Run to first tree, complete 10x Squats, back pedal to starting line.
  • Second tree, 20x Squats.  Third three, 30x Squats.  Fourth three, 40x Squats.

Round 2

  • Each time you return to starting line, complete 20 Side Straddle Hops.
  • Run to first tree, complete 10x No Surrenders, run back to starting line.
  • Second tree, 20x No Surrenders.  Third three, 30x No Surrenders.  Fourth three, 40x No Surrenders

7’s

  • Bottom of hill – mountain climbers
  • Top of hill – Jump squat with a twist

Return to flag for a variety of core exercises until the 6:15 bell.
