Speaking of motivation, the holidays generally are a period of the opposite. Thus, it’s up to every HIM to help sharpen his fellow pax as we head into the end of the year to get a running start into the new year – and it starts with the Q. Especially with my fellow older compadres, we take it as a challenge to keep up with the young-uns, in fact relishing the opportunity to lead the way and prove we’re not decrepit.

So this morning, aside from the full disclaimer  given with our having previously mentioned FNG, we got to work quick…..and kept on working.

Mosey to the back parking lot behind the movie theater

The Thang:

1`. Line up length wise along the parking lot. Conduct 11’s (Mike Tyson’s / Monkey Humpers), mode of travel to the sides of the parking lot via Bernie Sanders. Pick up the 6, then quick mosey over to the wall by the path to the walking trails

2. Steps ups done to Bring Sally Up, holding a low air chair in the down position. Mosey to the stage

3. BOMBS (Burpees, Overhead Claps, Mercans, Big Boys, Squats) done to reps of 5 – 10 – 15 in successive cycles. Do laps around the green in between cycles, 1 lap for cycle 1, 2 for cycle 2, 3 for cycle 3. Mosey to the flag

4. Circle up, pax conducting mercans all the way through Ring of Fire, individual pax does a mercan, and then each successive pax does one through the song.

5. Finished with Mary – American Hammers, Freddie Mercuries, LBC’s – and that was time
