Been a while since we have used the fields for a beat down, so decided to mosey on over.
Warm-O-Rama:
Quick warmup:
- 10x Toy Soldiers
- 10x Weed Pickers
- 10x Copperhead Squats
The Thang:
Three round of the following:
- Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1
- Run to the second tree (approx 20 yards)
- Complete 10 reps of Exercise 2
- Run back to starting line
- Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1
- Run to the fourth tree (approx 40 yards)
- Complete 20 reps of Exercise 2
- Run back to the starting line
- Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1
- Run to the end of the field
- Complete 40 reps of Exercise 2
- Run back to the starting line
- Complete 25 reps of Exercise 1
Round 1 – Exercise 1: Squats, Exercise 2: Merkins
Round 2 – Exercise 1: Lunges, Exercise 2: No Surrenders
Round 3 – Exercise 1: LBCs, Exercise 2: Mtn Climbers
Upon completion of the third round, we returned to the flag (hey, where’s the flag) for a quick Circle of Doom.
