We mosey’d over to the big lot for some WMH, WP, Hillbillys, SunGods.  Inseam wondered if he had time to take a dump.  He got it done, but came back with even more mumblechatter.

The Thang:

Thang 1 was simply a mosey around the park and picking from the deck of death.  6 stops, 3-4 cards drawn at each stop with no breaks.

Thang 2 Over to the football field
Bear Crawl Contra Burpees – Bear crawl and do a contra burpee every 10 yards, adding a merkin to the burpee each time.  To the 50yd line, then turned around and same thing back except lunge walked instead of bear crawl.

Thang 3:  Had the BOP set up for an escalator.  Run from the concession stand about 50 yards then Bernie back, between each set.

An hour really is a long time to fill, and kudos to the prerunners, especially the studs who ran a 10K prior to the beatdown.   Had a great time and closed it out with some Waffle House after.
