Preamble:

An open Q slot is an open door, So I walked on in.  Cinders and Creedence Clearwater Revival on tap for this morning.  A week of fried seafood and sunburn isn’t helping.

Warm-O-Rama:

Kicked off the music, Dropped off the cinders at end of the parking lot, and took a short mosey to the small circle for some:

• SSH
• Imperial Walkers
• Weedpickers
• Windmills
• Arm Circles
• COVIDs

Then moseyed through the islands for some butt kickers, high knees, and karicrokeooake.  Head back to the cinders.

The Thang:

Cinder Relay

• Form three-man teams (ish, 8 PAX and all…), every PAX has a Cinder.
• Two PAX at either end of the parking lot.
  • First PAX does Curls, the Second does OH presses- AMRAP.
  • The Third starts a rifle carry from the First to the Second and relieves him.
  • The relay continues until all had three turns on each end.

Rinse & Repeat with BO Rows & Skull Crushers.

R&R with Cinder American Hammers & Thrusters.

BTTW

Mosey to the little playground by the gym for a BBTW, last man standing.  YHC technically won, but only because I fell in the most slow and awkward manner.  Irene actually held out longer.

Mosey the long way (behind the fields) back to the flag for 5.5 minutes of Mary.  Everyone got a turn and was really sad to see it come to an end.

COT:

Prayers for a quick recovery for Pitstop, also for Lil Hurt’s daughter who has pneumonia.  Grateful for the safe return for many PAX who have been travelling.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

This morning was a good push after a week of rest.  First post back since a week at the beach, several others had been out as well.  Super grateful for the men of F3 and the accountability to keep pushing.
