Changing of the Guard

Preamble:

YHC showed up for a pre-run after being lazy and eating junk food on vacation.  It was time to get back to being discilined.

Warm-O-Rama:

LifeLock took us to the Normal Warm-up Spot (TM).

The Thang:

Picked up coupons and moseyed to the lower parking lot.

PAX would Mosey three parking blocks, then do a set of exercises (I.E. 20 Merkins, Squats, and LCBs) then mosey again doing new exercises.  There was much delightful grumbling about much the exercises sucked (and not just from yours truly).

Moseyed back to the flag pole for some Mary to finish off the day.

COT:

Normal COT.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

After the completion of COT, we did a flag passing ceremony.

Point of personal privilege:

F3 has changed my life.  These men each and every day since I have joined have inspired me to do better physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, career, and in my marriage.  Being the site Q for this group has been an honor and pleasure.  To be able to give back to the men who have enriched my life has been amazing.

The new site Q will do great things.  LifeLock will likely be the youngest site Q in F3 history.  The first day he showed up he barely had the ability to talk to us. Since then, he has blossomed into a true leader.  He may be 16 years old, but he has the ability to lead men much older than himself because he is poised and confident in his abilities.  He is a true asset to this organization and will do great things.
