Arriving early this morning to plant the flag, YHC was prepared to provide solid kickoff to the week for the many Boneyardianites looking to accelerate their fitness. Alas, the only greeting this morning was from the 3 barred owls who were calling to each other from various vantage points around the turf field and ampitheater (probably saying “The fool’s actually going to go through with it!). By the way, for the uninitiated, barred owl calls sound like “Who cooks for you,” vs. the call of the great horned owl (“Who, who-who-whooo”) or a barn owl (Which is a piercing screech that will make you think a demon is in the woods). But enough of the ornithology lesson. There was a beatdown to be self-administered, and by gum, it was…….

- Four corner Killer B’s, add an exercise at each corner: Corner (1): 5 burpees, Corner (2): added 10 alpha Bonnie Blairs, Corner (3): added 15 Big Boys, Corner (4): added 20 Bobby Hurleys. Travel to each corner via Bernie Sanders. After corner 4, reversed and dropped an exercise at each corner. Plank for the 6
- 11’s, with Mike Tyson’s paired with Donkey Kicks, travel across the field via Karaoake……
- More of a Bloody Mary vs. just Mary…..10 single count buzz saws with 10 count “active rest” low plank, done 4 times but paired with 15 count standard cadence of the following: Flutter Kicks, Gas Pumpers, American Hammers, LBC’s

Prayed for travel mercies for those out and about, the folks at NLB, for new opportunities for YHC, and for general peace around our great country and the rest of the world.

Although a tester of fortitude, have to say that the sound of the owls (and Ethel Merman) kept today enjoyable. It was a 4-wringer workout that I’ll be sure bring out next time, hopefully to be equally enjoyed by my fellow Bonyardianites! SYITG!!!!!!!!
