Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to base of gymnastics drive hill. Bear crawl up, 25 SSH at top. Jog down. Repeat with Windmill at the top. Repeat with warmup exercise of your choice at the top. Mosey to football field.

The Thang:

On way, partner up and grab one medium sized coupon to share with partner.

At goal line, one partner doing shoulder press while other partner runs backwards to other endzone and then jogs back.

Repeat until total count between partners is 100 shoulder press, 200 curls, 300 bent over rows.

Repeat again with 100 American Hammers, 200 Crunchy Frogs, 300 LBCs.

Put the rocks away and mosey back to flag.

COT:

Continue to think about Ned, Sellout’s brother in law, and the fellow PAX who lost their dads recently.

 

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Highly recommend Alvin Townley’s (Roscoe) book Defiant. It’s an unbelievable story about POWs during the Vietnam War. It’s extremely well written and gives you instant perspective.
