The Lightning Rods (and some Gronks)

Preamble:

To quote Travis Tritt “It is a Great Day to be Alive”  with some spectacular weather!

Warm-O-Rama:

The usual… weedpickers, imperial walkers, arm circles and motivators (8)

The Thang:

Went to the turf field #2 for some burpees and bbsu’s with sprints in between (12,11,10……1)

Christened the latest F3 exercise called the “Lightning Rod”  which is running with your arms straight up while lightning is going off all around you.

Diverted to the pavilion with Mary-Katherines, Gronks, and Merkins with sprints in between.

COT:

Announcements included blood drive this friday, dog day at the widowmaker saturday, FIA/F3 convergence and Dearth Vador events all coming up.
