Preamble:

2 pre-runners, apparently tired of the cat and mouse game of calling us out, just showed up with no coaxing… I hate them.

The Thang:

Mosey to the field for a few rounds of 1 minute each:

dips, box jumps/step ups, burpees, run to midfield and rest until the timer restarted.

Mosey to the rec center for a few rounds of 10 each:

merkins, v-ups, donkey kicks – gazelles take a lap so we know you’re done

Started getting a little sparky so we ran for cover… and there were no sparks and probably no rain under there:

Stationary Lt Dan through 6 squats, then switched over to Captain Thor, and then finished with the 10 reps of Lt Dan

Back to the flag where I think the PAX were doing some gas pumpers
