A duel for the ages

Preamble:

In honor of the Anniversary of the ill-famed deal between Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr that went down on this very day of July 11th, 1804 in Weehawken New Jersey….our crew of power wigged ruffians did too engage in a duel of sorts.

Warm-O-Rama:

We kicked off the duel with a glorious warm-up consisting of:

-Side Straddle Hops

-Hill Billies

-Weed Pickers

-Morrocan Night Clubs

The Thang:

We then did a mosey over next to the cafe and circled up for a 100 around the world merkins. After a 10 counts, we did a mosey over to the traffic circle near Perimeter Church and bear crawled around the circle ending with 10 burpies.

Then we did a mosey over to the pond, were we partnered up alternating with one partner exercising and one running the pond executing on the following:

-100 merkins

-100 big boys situps

-100 alpha count lunges

Upon finishing the group did selection of Mary exercises until the six was in….and then commencing with round of 11’s with dips and Peter Parkers.

The group then did a mosey back to the flag, alternating bear crawls and sprints with 2x merkins at each line in the parking lot.  We finished with a round of Marys while singing show tunes from the hit Broadway music Hamilton in honor of this occasion.

COT:

Going around the circle several thoughts and prayers were offered and reminders on upcoming events.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I shamefully am writing this on a Friday as I am delinquent in logging my BB the day-of. But after an intense week of work and life….I figure things could be worse, I could be Alexander Hamilton
