Zima Birthday Q

Preamble:

Warm-O-Rama:

Warm up 

• 12 Weed picker
• 12 Mtn climbers
• 12 Plank Jack
• 10 Shoulder taps
• To the song “Dirty Deeds” all pax start out with SSH then when you hear “Dirty Deeds” all pax perform a merkin. One round of burpees was in between the merkins.

Next up mosey to bus ramp. Pax line up hands on curb incline merkin position. Pax at one end start with 1 merkin, next pax does another (#2), next pax (#3) and so on until 46 total merkins are done. Mosey to Zima’s Hill.

The Thang:

Once at bottom of hill, all pax perform 46 Stone Mtn/Dry Docks. Once 6 was in, pax give it all you got all the way to the top of the hill. Awaiting at the top…

 Bear Crawl ring of fire

• all pax bear crawl till Q says stop 
  • If at a cinder: Round 1 = 12 Derkins if not at cinder 12 burpee’s 
• all pax bear crawl till Q says stop
  • If at a cinder: Round 2 = 12 Thrusters if not at cinder 12 burpee’s
• all pax bear crawl till Q says stop
  • If at a cinder: Round 3 = 12 Alternating hand on cinder merkin if not at cinder 12 burpee’s
• all pax bear crawl till Q says stop
  • If at a cinder: Round 4 = 10 skull crushers if not at cinder 10 burpee’s

Next up, each Pax grabs a cinder and hauls to field and partner up.

Murder Bunnies Catch me if you can

• Partner 1 performs murder bunny down the field 
  • Partner 2 –  does 4 burpees then runs to catch parter 1. Partner’s swap until end of field.
• When at end of field rinse and repeat back down field
  • Parter 1 murder bunny 
  • Partner 2 6 Bonnie Blair double count then run to catch partner 1. Partner’s swap until end of field.

Mary for the 6, then Cusak back to the flag.
