Let’s make this easy and hit that challenge early
AO: Starting Line
When: 07/06/2022
QIC: Valley Girl
PAX (3): Script Kiddie, Sirmixalot, Valley Girl
Preamble:
It’s a 30 minute trip up 400 for me to hit Starting Line and it’s always worth it to get up and see some Northern PAX and help out Script Kiddie!
Warm-O-Rama:
Circled up (triangled up) and did some WP, WMH, SSH, Sun Gods
The Thang:
Mosey’d over to the stairs by the racing museum, grabbed a coupon and did some 11’s.
Burpees at the top, American Hammers with the coupon at the bottom. Carry the coupon up and down with you. 55 Burpee’s and 55 Ab exercises completed towards the challenge!
Mosey’d back to the start of the parking lot circle for some catch me if you can. 1 partner lunges down the road, the other does 5 burpees, then goes to catch up. Switch. Halfway we switched to American hammers instead of lunges to hit that 100 challenge. After that switched to flutter kicks and hit that 100 challenge. At the end of the circle we knocked out the rest of the burpees for 100!
Finished with some Circle Merkins, or round-the-world-merkins. OK I forgot the name. It’s the different kinds of Merkins on the curb, starting with Derkins and moving in a circle. Definitely a butt kicker.
COT:
Prayers out to Script Kiddie for him and his daughter to strengthen their bond
Naked-Man Moleskin:
As I write this, I just got off a face time call with Red Baron in Pennsylvania – I reached out on the national channel to get some info from anyone recently in Alaska and he recommended a call so he could share all he did. So much F3 has to offer it is amazing.
