Preamble:

Great to welcome a new face to the Storm – Costanza!

Ace and Snowman hit the trail early for pre run.  Clock hit 7 and we were off to the Greenway.

Warm-O-Rama:

Stopped in the Dogtopia parking lot ( if you have a dog that needs to board at a place called Dogtopia, it’s…oh forget it!)

Did some WP, WMH, Hillbillies and arm circles.

The Thang:

Hit the Greenway and rucked around 3-3.5 miles, I was late hitting the watch.

We also hit the QSource discussion.  LEAD RIGHT 3.7  — the 4th of the four Leadership skills in this section, EXHORTATION.  Encouragement on steroids.  Two most important traits to be strong in this skill is empathy and correction.  Able to say, I’ve been there before, and the ability to call bullshit on someone when they want to quit.    Many can 1. have a vision, 2. articulate, 3. Persuade….but not many can 4. exhort the followers to complete the mission.
