Preamble:
I’ve been to Firehouse a few times for BD’s and love the PAX up there, so I wanted to get on the Q Sheet. With a lagging foot injury, It was going to be a Beatdown in place, without much running.
Warm-O-Rama:
Very short mosey around the parking lot to circle up back by the flag.
WeedPickers, WMH, SSH, Sun Gods, Overhead claps, and Michael Phelps
The Thang:
Stayed put and brought out the board of pain for an escalator. After each round, run to the stop sign and back, about 100 yds. Each round adds the next exercise on the list. Intentionally made the first half difficult : )

Lifelock and Lightweight may have made it to the Bonnie Blairs or Flutter kicks, but I stopped it 5 minutes early so we could close out with a circle-burp to “Turned down for what”.
