Preamble:
Sometimes you have a lot of sacks, sometimes you have just the right amount of sacks, and sometimes you don’t have enough sacks….
At any rate we all want to have lots of sacks, good high quality sacks that leave you feeling spent but happy. YHC did not have enough sacks to outfit the whole crew with their own sacks – so between rucks and sacks (Sandbags if it isn’t obvious by now) we managed to do a bit of a hybrid workout with some AMRAP, Some rucking, and some sandbag throws. It is to be noted that Script Kiddie’s name was mentioned as someone NOT to emulate when trotting to the middle of the soccer field in the pre-dawn gloom as there were benches at midfield which I am reliably informed served as a show stopping impediment to one aforementioned Script Kiddie. But thankfully no one did a face plant or anything of that nature due to the presence of these obstacles.
The phrase “Keep my sack (or my wife’s sack) out of your [redacted] mouth” was the byword of today’s beatdown. These are words to live by gents. Sacks (Sandbags) are for lifting, carrying, and throwing. They do not belong in anyone’s mouth. They are great for a high quality beatdown however.

Lots of prayers for Ready Mix’s family after his tragic accident last week. Hits very close to home for so many of us.
Prayers for Glitter’s upcoming health concerns.
Pledge – and pic
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Fun time this morning. However, I do think there is a sober tone over all of us this week after Ready-Mix’s departure. F3 is more than just a workout. It’s camaraderie, friendship, and support. Even though many of us didn’t know him personally – we are moved by his passing and are continuing to pray for his family.
