The Thang:
Tweaker fart sacked, as he has a habit of doing on Monday, but he had been inundating YHC with meme’s about Will Smith’s slap, so YHC told him last week that the punishment for memes was a burpee for every meme he sent. While Tweaker stayed cuddled up with his M, the pax paid the price …
Keeping it simple 4 exercises EMOM rotation
- 10 Burpees
- 15 leg raises
- 5 coupon burpees
- 20 curls
For the coupons YHC brought a smattering of cinder blocks, sand bags, kettle bells and a few other goodies and the pax rotated after each set of curls.
Pax completed 10 sets of Burpees and Coupon burpees, but only 8 sets of curls and leg raises.
Total of 150 burpees is approximately equal to the overabundance of memes that Tweaker had inundated YHC with over the past week.
