YHC grabbed the Q late night and quickly put together an oldie but goodie.

Ha… no warmup needed.
The Thang:
Mosey through downtown Alpharetta stopping at various spots to do hard things. We made it down to the other side of Avalon via the Alpha Loop and then eventually back to campus for a few minutes of a Quarter Pounder w/cheese around the track. Time running out, we headed back to the flag for 1 minute of Mary.
