QIC had planned a tuff BD as payback to the “Cherokee” guys that showed for Broga last week but they were a no show.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

QIC showed with the whitebord with a poorly drawn map of the Galaxy with pain stations.

• 5 Burpees at the large flag
• 5 Stepups at the pavilion
• 5 WWII’s at the bottom of the stairs
• 5 Bonnie Blairs at the right of the stage
• 5 Derkins on the stage
• 5 Jump squats at the left of the stage
• 5 Dips on the park benches
• 5 Merkins at the turn
• 5 Donkey Kicks at the top of the park
• 5 J-Los at the shovel flag

With each lap you add 5 to the totals.  We made to the start of 25 reps before calling time.
