I have been banned from Qing at my home AO by the Norseman Mafia, so I had to go undercover to practice my BD leadership skills.  Thank You Jammers for your hospitality.

We learned:  Ukranian Burpees, Kranians, Diamond Kranians, Cookie squats, MT squats,  and what a fire-hydrant kilometer is.

The Thang:

Fire-hydrant kilometer up the hill and back to the flag

“Jump right in” with Ukranian burpees and SSH’s
