Ring of Fire+ Qtr Pounder = MeatPuppets

Preamble:

Ah yes…time for another installment of what kind of music can we play to aggravate PAX? A couple 90s ALT bands come to mind for a few us. And although a full playlist of MeatPuppets would have been funny at first, by min 10, I think we all would have hated that decision. So…only 1 MeatPuppets song…

Cinders needed for today’s BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

After the final pax came rolling in & after my short disclaimer we mosey’d with our cinders to the field behind the school.

Warm-up exercises:

10 SSH

10 Weedpicker

10 Windmill

10 Mtn Climbers

Final warm up, the ‘ole circle burp. All pax start with high knees and one-by-one each pax will say “down” which = a burpee. But careful…Brown sounds verrry close to Down.

The Thang:

First up: Bear Crawl ring of fire with cinders. – 4 Rounds.

Pax bear crawl in circle till I said halt. Each time I said halt, the following merkins were performed in between crawling:

• Derkins
• Incline Merkins
• Left hand on cinder right on ground merkin
• Right hand on cinder left on ground merkin

Next up: Quarter Pounder

Starting at the end of the field by the Wolf, Pax run to first tree do 25 merkins, run backwards to Wolf and run to 2nd tree and do 50 squats, run backwards to Wolf run to the 3rd tree do 75 Mountain Climbers, Run backwards to the Wolf and run to the 4th tree & do  100 SSH run backwards to Wolf

Next up: Gorilla Complex

With cinder block PAX performed the following OYO without stop: 8 Curls, 8 High Pulls, 8 Overhead Presses, 8 Tricep Extensions, then drop coupon for 8 Merkins. Follow this up by a quick mosey to the first Play Set / playground / Play thing (cough @Rusty cough @Sprocket) and back.  Rinse and Repeat 8 Times. We didn’t quite finish all 8 before it was time to mosey back to flag to make it by 6:15
