What a disappointment!

Preamble:

YHC kinda sorta feels like he should’ve done better with the whole 2.22.22 thing this am. Honestly, took the Q a couple weeks back and didn’t even think about it (DOH!).

However, as planning started…..around 9:00 pm the night before, there were some tidbits thrown in to somewhat honor the momentous date. Then Lumbergh had to mention something about needing to do right by 2.2.2022…….and that is when YHC knew his Q would be a disappointment!

But on we went as 11 pax with 2 pre-runners (including Lumbergh and YHC) avoided the fartsack ready to make the best of the once in a lifetime (or several lifetimes) date.

Warm-O-Rama:

After disclaimer, mosey a little to parking lot near flag pole for two sets of warm-ups (SSH & Imperial Walkers) to cadence count….yep, 22 😉

Then mosey some more to FOD for two more sets of warm-ups (OH Claps & Shoulder Taps) to 22!

The Thang:

EMOM time with some inspiration from Haka in F3 Nature Coast.

• 1st minute: 1 Burpee/1 Bobby Hurley
• 2nd minute: 2 Burpees/2 Bobby Hurley’s
• 3rd: 3 / 3……and so on until 22 minutes is up or the last man gives up or barfs. YHC believe it was around the 12th minute that himself, Special K and Stiff Arm gave in. Please correct me if Stiff Arm made it and kept on into the 13th minute.

Once a pax tapped out, they took a lap and then joined in with a neighbor to motivate them on the Burpees/Bobby Hurley’s. Some Mary was also done ….

On to the flag pole/concession stand area for what was supposed to be a TWO sets of 11’s (which would have equaled 22….dang it I was tryin’, sorta kinda).

Copperhead Squats/Copperhead Merkins with run in between….once all pax completed it was a mad dash back to ole glory and back with about 30 seconds or so of extra credit.

COT:

• Pinkey back out and hoping he’ll stay for awhile after recovering from injury.
• High Chair also out after having some knee problems.
• Cart Path shared great story of a client of his M’s who seems to have turned a corner and asking questions about God and inquiring about his faith.
• Prayers for Lumbergh and his ankle procedure.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Great see all pax this am and honored to lead as always. Good having Pinkey back and YHC knows he is happy to be back out with the pax!  Also, great to have High Chair at Rubicon for maybe his first visit….

Don’t forget men to get on that Q sheet and YOU are ready to lead as this is what F3 is all about. Hollywood knocked his VQ out of the park at Academy today from what YHC has read and it is time that we have a few more VQ’s or for other men to step up that haven’t Q’ed in a while.
