Love is in the Air

Preamble:

It was a bit chilly, and early morning after the Super Bowl, but being that it was Valentine’s Day, YHC wanted to make sure the PAX that showed up felt the love!

Three PAX for the pre-run, and then we were joined by another at the very end.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the end of the parking lot for the Warm-o-Rama: SSH, WP, IW, LBAC.

The Thang:

Mosey back around the parking lot to the light near the flag for the F3 Deck. We did 4-5 cards and then a mosey around the parking lot. Someone mentioned something about “Strava Art”. After the first batch we didn’t have any burpees, so we stopped at the end of the lot for some burpees. Then we had a nice dose of them. Next time around, we hadn’t done any merkins so we did some of them. Then we did probably close to 75 of them, in different varieties. Next time around we hadn’t had any Mountain Climbers, and yet again we got them during the next round. Gotta love the Deck. By the way, what is a Luge? I assume it’s not the Olympic event. Eventually, the PAX figured out what the shape of the Strava Art was. We kept doing the deck until we ran out of time.
