Preamble:

I’ve been away for too long…

Wasn’t sure what to expect given the temperature and day after the Super Bowl.

Warm-O-Rama:

  • 15x Side Straddle Hop
  • 10x Copperhead Squat
  • 10x Toy Soldier
  • 20x Mtn Climbers

The Thang:

10 Rounds of exercises.  At the beginning of each round, the PAX ran a lap around the parking lot, completed 10 merkins (hold the last merkin in the down position for 10 seconds), and then did the prescribed exercise for the duration of the round.

  1. Lunges
  2. Freddy Mercury
  3. Squats
  4. LBCs
  5. Side to side lunges
  6. Box cutters
  7. Dips
  8. American hammers
  9. Step Ups
  10. Big boys

Each round was 4 minutes in length.  After the 10th round, we held a low plank until time expired.
