What’s gonna work? Team Work!

Preamble:

I haven’t been to the Windjammer in quite some time and missed the men there. Today’s beatdown was inspired by something Val did at Hall of Justice. I only changed the exercises, quantities, movement between rounds and some aspects of the format. Otherwise totally the same. Or not.

Music was carefully selected in the few minutes YHC was parked waiting for everyone to show up.

Warm-O-Rama:

Started with 3 sets of short sprints in the parking lot. Moving to the roundabout YHC instructed the PAX to Bear Crawl to the other side and Crab Walk back. Moseyed to the middle of the big parking lot for some Weed Pickers, Moroccan Night Clubs and Mountain Climbers.

The Thang:

We moseyed to the end of the big parking lot next to the tennis courts and we split into groups of 3 PAX. Since there were 10 of us, I joined one of the groups so we were 4.

Each group got a list with 9 rounds, each round 3 exercises. In each round one pax from the group will be assigned one of the three exercises. A PAX that finished his exercise before the other members in the group can (and should, of course) help his team to finish. At the end of the round run to the stop sign just before the roundabout and back. Since our team had 4 people, we doubled one of the exercises each time.

The groups made it rounds 8 or 9 and we had to go back to the flag, though everyone (secretly) wanted to stay and finished. We were having so much fun!
