Let’s Go For A Run With The Girlfriends

Preamble:

It has been a minute since The Norsemen have been to Nacho’s house and Jethro hill. So it seemed like an idea…  And then the Girlfriends were added.

Here we go…

Warm-O-Rama:

After thorough disclaimer for FNG Chanc, everyone was instructed to grab a girlfriend and we took off at a slow mosey.

Stopped at the intersection of Big Lot and Miracle League Field and:

• SSH
• Weed Picker
• Imperial Walker

The Thang:

Thang 1: Catch me if you can

PAX are paired up. PAX 1 takes both his girlfriend and his partner’s girlfriend and starts running toward Bethany, PAX 2 drops for 10 merkins and runs to catch PAX 1. Hard off the girlfriends and continue on until the entrance to the last parking lot. Air Chair for the 6.

Thang 2: Mosey to Jethro’s Hill

Stopping at intervals to let the lead dogs get in some squats while the 6 catches up.

Thang 3: Dora on the Hill

100/200/300 Merkins/Squats/LBCs

PAX 1 runs to the first mailbox while PAX 2 performs exercises. When PAX 1 returns hand off exercises and PAX 2 runs to mailbox. Had to call this one so we could get back to the flag on time.

Thang 4: Return to Flag

Running back up the hill stopping at intervals to perform exercises while the 6 caught up. When we got back to the Girlfriends we picked them up to return them to the truck.
