The Thang:

Escalator/ latter on FOD/ Hill

do exercise on list then run up hill and run down the path back to start. Add exercise each time, Academy joined us for a bit and then YHC called for last round. ran one more lap and circled up around little tikes basketball goal.

split into two teams and played a game of H-O-R-S-E where a wager would be made on what exercise would be done if you made your shot and gave the other team a letter while winner ran a victory lap. But this in reality YHC did not give clear direction and there was a lot of reps left on the table this day.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Came out to my first F3 hesitantly a year ago, have been basically injured the entire time. But it is now a big part of my life and I have grown so much from just being a part of it, so cheers to another year of growing mentally and physically in the Gloom!
