After 7.5K HillSeeking feet of elevation, YHC had nothing left in the legs for this AM’s BD.  But to pay honor to YHC’s VQ, pain in the gloom was still in order.

Extra loud TClaps for Snowman, who though injured, did his Snowman thang and opened up the AO by planting the flag and left to probably do his own 0.0 gym workout.  Kudos to you!!

Warm-O-Rama:

Up the Big A parking lot with variations of buttkickers, high knees, karaokes, and side shuffles.

Circle up for SSH, Weed Pickers, Willy Mays Hayes, Good Mornings, Moroccan Night Clubs, and Michael Phelps

The Thang:

Block Breakers: Travel to the Tax Office stairwell Mario Style – Mosey with Leaps into the air punching skyward, alternating same side knee and fist

Green Tunnel: Bear Crawl down the stair well, 10 Carolina Dry Docks, and BC back up

Level Up: 4 Corners at the Basketball Courts.

1. Bowser Burpees (5) – reg Burp kicking both feet forward in the air during the jump with claws extended
2. add Princess Peach X factors (10) – instead of fully extended, this is just elbow to knees X factor style
3. add Mario Merkins (15) – merkin with a fireball punch after the rise
4. add Luigi LBC (20)

Traverse the corners using BCs for the length of the court and Crab Walks for the side lines

Jump to the Top o the Flag: Mosey to the baseball coupon pile, ascend the stairwell to the light pole.  Starting with 10 reps down to 1: Curls, OH Press, Rows.  Between reps: descend stairwell forwards, ascend stairwell backwards (knees over toes guy), and switch to the next coupon on the right (size matters).   Inseam with the sneaky arrival.  He musta UpUpDownDownLRLRSelectStart and skipped all the previous levels to catch up with us.

Marys with Peach / Practice for VDay: YHC started us off with Pickle Pounders and the event took a life of its own and PAX cage fought to lead the next Mary.  An array of prom nights, Rosalita’s (with and with squeaky bed frames), M Humpers, etc ensued til time.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Today we slayed a dragon – dressed up as fictions Bowser but was really our lazy fart sack loving selves.  YHC recounted a Jordan Peterson story about the flaws in ignoring the little dragons in our lives.  Without attention, these dragons will inevitably grow and maybe become unmanageable problems.   Seek and destroy the little dragons today.

I’m grateful to be amongst men who operate like this.  We’re surrounded by dragon slayers, we slay big dragons together, and if a dragon starts getting too big, we lift each other up, band together, and conquer.  Let’s keep spreading this to other men in our lives!
