Warm-O-Rama:

Dynamic Warm Up

  • Side Straddle Hop
  • Butt Kickers
  • High Knees
  • Skips
  • Weed pickers
  • Apagotas
  • stretch to left and right

The Thang:

Set 1 – grab coupons

  • Step ups – 20
  • Squats – 20
  • Lunges – 20
  • Single leg squat -20
  • Side Lung – 20
  • LBCs – 20
  • WW2’s -20
  • Flutter kicks -20

Leg exercises try to hold the coupon above head.

Set 2 – the hill

Start at the bottom of the hill with 10 merkins. Sprint up the hill. At the top do 1 burpee. Run back down the hill do 9 merkins. Sprint back up the hill do 2 burpees. Do this until you reach 10 burpees and 1 merkin.

Set 3 – Sprints

Run parking lot sprints. At the end do 10 sumo squats. Walk back for recovery. Do this until time.
