Let’s earn that Turkey Day Gluttony

Preamble:

With the temp hovering around freezing, I was ecstatic to see 15 PAX, including 4 from other AO’s  and 1 FNG!  Great morning to burn calories before the calories get stuffed back in our faces tomorrow.

Warm-O-Rama:

A short run to the Rec center for some Weed pickers, WMH, arm circles, imperial walkers and SSH.

The Thang:

YHC set up the board of pain at the end of the parking lot for a simple escalator.  Run a short lap around a section of parking lot before each round.  Run, do first exercise, run, do 1st and 2nd, run, do 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and so on.

I dont think anyone made it to the monkey humpers due to time, except maybe Big DIF, visiting from Charleston, who I believe may have lapped me at some point.  On the other hand, Whiz did no other exercise except monkey humpers, the entire Beat Down. Unusual, but modifying is ok.

Those wolverines are a good(bad) way to start the escalator!

Back to the flag for some air chair, burpees and box cutters.

Thoughts with Snowman with a difficult day this Friday

Snowman shared some priceless TNT from his conference last week.  Great Leaders aren’t great because of their power, but because they lead others to be great.  Leaders develop leaders.

FNG works for the federal reserve, so it didn’t take long to settle on a name…welcome INFLATION!
