Quick lap around the church to get warm with 10 merkins in the first corner and 5 burpees on the back straight.
The Thang:
Continuous circuit in a circle with each Pax starting with a different station. Exercise for 1 minute at each of the following stations:
- Cleans w/ 50lb Atlas ball
- Wood chopper w/ cinder
- Chest press w/ 35lb Atlas ball
- Lawn mower w/ cinder
- Deadlift w/ cinder
- Side bend w/ cinder
- Curl-to-press w/ cinder
