Veterans Day Trivia

Preamble:

Since it was the day before Veterans Day, YHC figured we learned a little bit history about Veterans Day. There was 1 pre-runner.

The Thang:

All the workout centered around trivia related to Veterans Day. As we moseyed along the Medlock Crossing Parkway toward the Perimeter Church parking lot progressed, stops were made to answer trivia questions. Each wrong answer along the way resulted in one Bobby Hurleys (started with 5 reps). First stop included the Copper Head Squat. Second stop included 11 Copper Head Squats 11 Merkins. Third stop include the Copper Head Squat, Merkins & Peter Parker. At each stop we added another exercise.
