Preamble:

Braves win the World Series in a shutout Game 6 against the Astros!!!

If you thought ATL could never win the big one, then that line was for you.

If you thought you’d never do a proper pull-up (like some of us at Storm last Sat), then this beatdown was for you.

The Thang:

To get the oil warmed up – head over to the rec center hill for 11’s.

Apparently, YHC and Whiz are great minds.  More apparent is the fact that Deuce and Inseam needed some more burpee pain.

To start – 1 Burpee at top of hill, 10 star jumps at bottom.  End with 10 Burpees and 1 SJ.

Alternating partner runs to the opposite soccer sideline and back.
