F3 Storm / Rucking with QSource 1.4 Discussion

Preamble:

This BD took place at the same location a few of us were at just 2 nights before, but this time there were no people in witch costumes to distract our attention.  It was a beautiful breezy morning to ruck and talk about our Jester’s.  Qsource 1.4 The Jester – the daily battles we have with those stumbling blocks that hinder our acceleration.

Warm-O-Rama:

We moseyed up 5 flights of stairs to the top of the parking garage to a beautiful sunrise and perfect breeze. YHC introduced our topic for the day and gave a brief intro into The Jester, while we did several OYO warm ups…WMH, SSH, good morning’s, and weed pickers.  A mosey back down the stairs and we were off…

The Thang:

This was primarily a ruck out and back on the greenway so we could get some good discussion in.  YHC went through the 5 Lies the sneaky Jester tells us on a daily basis to keep us doubting ourselves, to keep us on our heels and trying to keep in control of our acceleration.  Good discussion around some vices that the HIM are confronted with.  Maybe Alcohol, maybe food, maybe people dressed in witch costumes #swiper, or even goat yoga #aceventura, whatever it is it can be challenging and hinder your King and Queen acceleration, no matter how strong you are with those.

10 Merkins with the pack on at the turn, then we headed back.  YHC had his own personal beatdown when he ran into a Joro spider web, and the good discussion continued.

Returning to the AO with 3 minutes to spare, we finished with boxcutters, LBC’s and chair sits.

COT:

Thanked the heavens for good health and asked for the strength to fight off the Jester, continued prayers for those sick or injured and the many sad clowns out there who could benefit from F3 in their own daily battles.  Snowman prayed for a Kentucky win today.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Very honored to be able to lead an important discussion where HIM’s can open up if they choose. Good coffeeteria after with continued talks. Although I think some stay for the coffeeteria just to see the goat yoga starting at 9am.  FNG @Greenspan ran into a light pole on his way out as he was observing the lululemons and farm animals.  I believe Ace Ventura is still there on his 6th cup of coffee.
