The Thang:

• Run to the brick wall. Time for “11’s”
  • 10 Burpees; 1 Merkin.
    • 20 SSH + 20 sec of John Cusack for the 6
  • 20 Donkey Kicks, sprint to the small pavilion, 2 Step Ups. Each set decrease the DK by 2; increase Step Ups by 2
    • At 10 DKs, Q called recover because it was clearly to easy
    • 20 SSH + 20 sec of John Cusack for the 6

• Grab a partner
  • 1 partner curls the cinder, the other partner John Cusacks across the parking lot. Each group does 3 sets
    • 20 SSH + 20 sec of John Cusack for the 6
  • 1 partner does murder bunnies (OH HECK YES) to the close parking line (approx. 20 yards) other partner holds a low plank. Do 2 sets each.

• At this point, the PAX looked to be sufficiently worked out. Q called for a John Cusack back to the flag. 1 minute of Mary was had.

COT:

1. Announcements – look to slack for updates / new Mud Gear F3 gear! We need min of 12 unites to get the order
2. Shrinkage – prayers for continued healing and recovery for his father in law (Jim)
3. Shiner – prayers for grace, forgiveness of M and self, healing in marriage.

What a blessing it is to spend 2-4 days per week with you! Truly – I love getting to share this sacred time of sweat and voluntary suffering with you all. I’m so thankful we have each other’s backs. I pray for you often that you would see the beauty of Jesus and know whose you are. Thankful for how the Lord is using each of you and for your friendship.
