Pre-Launch Checklist

Preamble:

3 Pax, and an unusually curious praying mantis, scoped out Newtown Park for a final pre-launch shakedown.

Warm-O-Rama:

Short mosey followed by SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills.

The Thang:

A highly informal BD to work out residual pain from the IPC.  The pax moseyed around the park, scoping out fields, rock piles, hills, pavilions, and parking lots in prep for next week.  We managed to find a few pain stations along the way, with various dips, irkins, dirkins, step ups, and a nice round of 11s with burpees and monkey humpers.

COT:

Prayers for Speedo’s and Feathers’ ailing fathers, Boomer’s brother’s family, Boomer’s buddy, and for a great launch of the Boneyard

Naked-Man Moleskin:
