BACK FROM VACATION LEG DAY

Preamble:

I had a great vacation but it was time for me to get back to the gloom. Ace Ventura and Bennie were already there for  a pre-run and I was surprise by the Ace ventura’s moustache.  I even taught that we should rename him Magnun PI…. It fits… The rest of the PAX join in and we started the regular mossey to our warm up location. Baskings was a little late, but better late than never 🙂

PAX form small circle, everyone in a plank, shoulder-to-shoulder with a lamp at the center. Q calls out a number and exercise( see below) PAX stand up in an explosion of energy, squat away from center according to the number called by the Q, then run back to the center and plank for the 6.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We prayed for Lightweight’s friend (he call’s her Daughter) and the covid-19 events that have changed her life. First, her mom died due to Covid and if I recall correctly her best friend is now in the hospital. We also prayed for Trojan and Skinner.
