PAX (3): Ace Ventura, Crumpet, Sirmixalot
Preamble:
YHC shows up early and eager. Due to sickness, he has missed a few beatdowns, so is ready to get back into action.
Unfortunately it is fall break for local schools, so most of our normal PAX are out of town on vacation.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the normal warm up spot.
10 Side-straddle hops
10 Willie Mays-Hayes
10 Imperial Walkers
Freestyle Michael Phelps
The Thang:
First half beatdown – Modified Firehouse run but with a Mary component. At certain points, a differnent PAX chose exercises (burpees, Merkins, squats, etc).
Second half – A solid paced ruck pushing each other to get faster.
COT:
PAX gathered and prayed for each other’s families and personal struggles each is going through.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
All 3 PAX had amazing fellowship over coffee. Great bonding was had from PAX that previously had not known each other extremely well.
