First Wednesday BD at Starting Line

Preamble:

Since this was the first Wednesday BD at the Starting Line AO, I got everything ready to go the night before and got there about 20 minutes early to setup and then realized the coffee that I had brewed for the morning was resting comfortably on the counter, at my house so sadly no coffee for the morning, but I Was ready to go and planted the flag near the entrance to the park, got some tunes going and did a bit of Stretching in preparation of the PAX that would arrive
Suarez was the next on the scene then came Dunshire & SirMixalot with the first FNG coming after we started the BD and the second FNG showed up right after the warm up was done, setting our #s at 6

Warm-O-Rama:

Took a bit of a diffrent path but ended up at the standard staring point then the Warm ups were begun

Pax1 started with 100 Merkins will Pax2 ran up the steps, switched till 100 were completed

Pax2 started 200 LBCs while the other ran the steps
We were not able to complete them since one of the FNGs had to head out to start the day, sadly we were not able to complete the DORA

Named one of the FNGs/6th man, He mentioned he was a Star Trek fan so Dunshire mentioned Capt. Janeway, a sound of dislike came from the FNG and in true F3, fashion that was the name given to the FNG soo please welcome Janeway.
The other FNG had to leave early but will be named later.

Not much going since Suarez had to go and one of the FNGs had already left then soon after that Dunshire and Janeway had to head out too, but it was a great morning and a great start to Wednesday workouts at Starting Line
