IPC is over and 15 Souls gathered in the gloom for some running, merkins, and monkey humpers. Turnout was surprisingly high given the weather forecast of steady rain. Luckily the rain held off

Cherokee Run to Saint Luke’s parking lot

Resume Cherokee Run – Mt. Vernon to Stratham Drive to Trumbull Drive (1st Left turn) to Vanderlyn Elementary turf field

• 10 Monkey Humpers while waiting for six IC
• 10 more Monkey Humper when six was in IC
• Russian Twist x20 IC
• Low Flutter x30 IC
• Obliques L over R, R over L x 15 IC
• Big Boy situp x 15 OYO
• Russian Twist x15 IC

Mosey back to DHS parking lot (long way around front of school)

Everyone (well maybe that’s a stretch) agreed it was good to get some running after a month of strength focus with IPC.
