Tour de Parc

Preamble:

On a wonderfully cool morning with a bright starry sky, Seles returned to the Shadow at the new AO at PMS and Brook Run Park.  9 other hearty souls gathered with him to participate in a short tour of the various spots in the park for F3 fun and games.  YHC was surprised to see Team Mom after his 100-mile trek this past week but appreciated his wanting to be there for my return!

Warm-O-Rama:

10 Side Straddle Hops, 6 Daft Punks, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 Baryshnikovs (ea. leg), 6 Dry Dock Crabs, 10 Running with Scissors, 6 Stone Mountains i.c.

The Thang:

Mosey along park trail to picnic pavilion for 11s: Step-ups and Dips oyo

Mosey to grassy area along the trail for Mary: 15 Boxcutters, i.c.  3X

Mosey to turf fields for pyramid: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2  Hand release merkins alternating with 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 side arm raises  oyo

Mary on that nice soft field (enjoying the bright planets in the big sky above): 15 Heels-to-Heaven(s) i.c.  3X

Mosey back towards start with a stop by the large fence on the side of the trail for 10 derkins (or maybe decline stone mountains?)  YHC was  going to do 3X but after the first one decided against it.

Mosey back to start for Mary: 15 Dying Cockroaches i.c.  3X

Finish with the Grateful Dead
