This morning, 5 brave souls gazed out their windows. And staring into darkness and rain they saw a challenge and opportunity to test themselves in the wet and gloom. Each of those 5 men began the day with a victory.

Four stations at each corner of the parking lot. First-round consists of 7 reps at each corner with a mosey (or sprint) between corners. Rounds 2 thru 4 increase by 7 reps. Rounds 5 thru 7 decrease by 7 reps.
