Another Year in the Books

Preamble:

Three Birthdays within two days for myself, Lefty and False Start.  Not sure how I got away with not wearing the vest other than Lefty took the bullet today!  With soreness still lingering from IPC week 2 and BRR starting tomorrow, This Q was on a mission to keep it low mosey, no leg burn day.

Warm-O-Rama:

A lap around the parking lot to start followed by SSH, HB’s, Weed Pickers, & Toy Soldiers.

The Thang:

The pax selected a coupon from the pile and headed to the FOD to deposit coupons while we circled the pitchers mound for Bear Crawl Ring of Fire.  The circle bear crawled and each man stopped the movement to complete 10x Mercans while the pax planked.  Once complete, the pax held 6 inches while each man took a turn on 10x – 4 count flutter kicks

Back to the coupons where we partnered up for a lazy Dora.  100 presses, 100 rows, 200 curls, 300 LBC’s.  Partner A did 25 reps while Partner B planked.  Feeling anxious about no running, we paused halfway thru to complete a lap.  After the group finished we took another lap, returned our coupons and back to the flag for 6MOM.
