Preamble:
The pre-blast mumblechatter was all about how IronPAX had wrecked the PAX in the preceding days, so YHC proposed we would skip the workout and instead gather around the campfire to sing Kumbaya. 5:30am rolled around and 14 PAX beat the fartsack to become better men, not just to sit around a hot campfire… so we decided to sharpen Iron instead. But we had fun doing it.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the big parking lot alternating between high knees, buttkickers, karaoke and more. Circle up for SSH, Imperial Walker, Windmill and Good Morning. Off to the parking lot behind the building for the main event.
The Thang:
F3 Deck of Death combined with a 90’s Rock playlist.
- Add 10 reps to all cards that have a number
- Royal is 25 reps
- Aces are 100 reps

- After each exercise, short mosey and back

COT:
YHC loves posting here because of how tight-knit the group is. Lots of encouragement and genuine care for each are observed in COT. Prayers were asked for Feather’s new job opportunity and for a family member battling a health issue. Prayers were also spoken for our school administrators, teachers and children. Praise was offered for the launch of F3 Classic City in Athens this past weekend.

Naked-Man Moleskin:
Coffeeteria at Sara’s donuts followed the beatdown with at least half of the PAX in attendance. We even allowed a few GA Tech grads to join us. They brought their pocket protectors and calculators which was cute.
